Trading Rules
The revision of clauses 4.2, 4.3.2, 4.4, 9, 9.1, 9.6, 11.1, 11.3, 13, 15.2.3, 20 and 21 and enactment of clauses 4.3.3 and 10a decreed by the board in its resolution of Apr. 27, 2022 and approved by FINMA on Nov. 1, 2022, enters into force on Dec. 12, 2022.
Trading Parameters Guideline
The revision of Annex A1 (clauses 8 and 9), annex A2 (clauses 8 and 9) and annex B (clauses 8 and 9) were approved on Apr. 20, 2022; enter into force on Dec. 12, 2022.
Reporting Office Rules
The revision of clauses 1, 4, 13 and annex B (clauses 1, 2, 2.1 and 2.2) decreed on Aug. 26, 2022, approved by FINMA Nov. 1, 2022, enters into force on Dec. 12, 2022.
The revision of clauses 3.1 and 3.2.2 and the enactment of clauses 3.3 and 6 was decreed by the regulatory board of Mar. 28, 2022 enter into force on Dec. 12, 2022.

On Dec. 11, 2022, SWI SIX updated its regulations page to note updated versions of the parameter guidelines, directives and trading rules, all in force on Dec. 12, 2022.
On Jan. 31, 2023, SWI SIX issued updated version of Trading Parameters Guideline.
Revision of clause 2 and annex B1 (Title) and enactment of annex B2 were approved by Management Committee on Apr. 20, 2022, and enter into force on Feb. 1, 2023.

On Jul. 31, 2023, SWI SIX published updated versions of trading and office rules.

On Dec. 5, 2023, SWI SIX published new reporting office rules for SIX Swiss Exchange AG, that were dated Sep. 26, 2023, and will now be coming into force on May 1, 2024.
Dec. 6, 2023 Updated Directives
On Dec. 6, 2023, SWI SIX published updated versions of three directives for Jan. 2024, associated with new Regulatory Board Communique on adequate free floats.
Equity securities must have an adequate free float at the time of listing (Art. 19 Listing Rules (LR)) and applicants had to confirm an adequate free float on first trading day.
Now, confirmation of adequate free float must be amended to state that the calculation of free float is based on criteria under Directive Distribution Equity Securities (DDES).
