Adds new section 765-705/25, regarding application screening and credit reports.
Landlord and Tenant Act
Includes definitions re application screening, credit reports, credit reporting agencies.
Allow prospective tenant use reusable tenant screening report if meets certain criteria.
Prohibits landlord from charging a fee to access it, or for application screening.
Landlord may require applicant to state that there was no material change to report.
Does not prevent landlord from collecting/processing application in addition to report provided, as long as prospective tenant is not charged a fee for the additional report.
