Survey Overview
ALSK INS 21.06.110 requires annual report of health insurance statistics, including individual and group policies sold/terminated, annual percent of claims paid in State.
Insurers reporting direct premiums / paid claims in annual statement must file survey.
Unless otherwise described in the instructions for out-of-state policies, the direct premiums and paid claims must match the annual statement data.
Summary data from the survey is reported to the Alaska legislature and to the public.
Survey Deadline
Survey responses must be submitted using the web-based application by May 1, 2025.
