CZC CB published a notice for traders with non-performing loans regarding the new legal obligation to provide CZC CB with data on non-performing loans every 6 months.
Follows CZC CB Apr. 2024 published Decree 86/2024 of Mar. 18, 2024 on the implementation of the Act on the non-performing loan market, see #188241.
Purpose
The obligation to provide CZC CB with data on non-performing loans on a semi-annual basis applies to loan traders and non-performing loan managers under Act 84/2024.
Reporting on transferred non-performing loans via NPLIFE01 report notification of transferred non-performing loans to a loan trader in the CZC CB SDAT application.
Traders with non-performing loans to which the reporting obligation applies must send their identification data by email as soon as possible in order to receive instructions.
Effectiveness
The first report will include data as of Dec. 31, 2024.
