CYP SEC issued Circular C690 regarding electronic submission of data for 2024.
Circular, addressed to Administrative Services Providers (ASPs) only, refers to Risk Based Supervision Framework (RBS-F), data submission for 2024 (Form RBSF-ASP).
Overview
Circular issued pursuant to section 25(1)(c)(ii), (iii) of CYP SEC law 2009, as amended.
Informs of new version of Form RBSF-ASP, Version 8, found in Appendix, re collection of various statistical information and recalls the form is issued on an annual basis.
CYP SEC will use the data for statistical analyses, risk management, other purposes.
Form must be completed and successfully submitted by all ASPs authorized by Dec. 31, 2024; ASPs authorized by Dec. 31 that made no use of authorization must also submit.
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CYP SEC’s Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Apr. 30, 2025, at the latest.
Steps ASPs must follow, for successful submission to TRS, can be found online.
Upon submission, ASPs are responsible to ensure they have received a feedback file.
I.e. an official submission confirmation, dispatched by TRS in the Outgoing directory.
The feedback file will either contain NO ERROR indication or, in case of error/s occurred during submission, description of that error/s.
In case of errors detected during submission, ASPs must review form, ensure all errors addressed, corrected before digitally signing (only for Excel Files) and re-submitting it.
Form is regarded as being successfully submitted only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received within the deadlines set above.
Form available only in English, reporting entities are required to report data in Euro rounded to nearest unit; also must ensure to use latest version i.e. Version 8. 2.4.

Before submitting ensure all validation tests contained in the form (Sections A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M) and Validation Tests Worksheet are TRUE (Green Colour).
Effectiveness
Form must be submitted electronically by Apr. 30, 2025; queries on completion to be submitted in writing before Apr. 23, 2025 to the email address provided.
