On Dec. 13, CRO HANFA issued notice on joint guidelines application.

  • CRO HANFA issued notice to supervised entities on application of the joint guidelines on supervisory cooperation and exchange of information between the ESA's and all EU competent authorities pursuant to EU DORA Regulation 2022/2554 (JC/GL/2024/36).

  • Pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 4 of Capital Markets Act (NN 17/2020), on Dec. 13, 2024, CRO HANFA notified ESMA and EIOPA it was committed to fully comply with the provisions of joint guidelines on supervisory cooperation and exchange of information.
  • Set between ESAs and competent authorities under Reg 2022/2554 (JC/GL/2024/36).
  • Effectiveness
  • The adherence will apply from date of application of the guideline, from Jan. 17, 2025.
