Effective Nov. 24, NSCC and DTC will implement enhancements to the Mutual fund profile service II - profile security database to further support interval fund products.
New interval fund data point enhancements include de-minimis repurchase waiver allowed for shares, fixed dollars and repurchase and tender offer frequency code.
Additionally, batch file updates include new record type 035 - interval fund information to be added to Profile security autoroute - 02110824 and 02110825 output files.
New validation errors, warnings will be created within Profile security user interface data quality section when the new data point/fields do not meet validation rules.
Effectiveness
Enhancements will be made effective on Nov. 24, 2025; testing begins Oct. 29, 2025.
