On Jul. 10, 2026, LTH CB published Resolution No 2026/03-79 of Jul. 9, 2026, amending Resolution No 03-17 of Jan. 28, 2016 on the Rules for maintaining the list of public consumer credit providers and the list of public peer-to-peer lending platform operators, and the approval of the Rules for maintaining the lists of public consumer credit intermediaries; the amending resolution enters into force on Nov. 20, 2026.
The Rules include provisions on the management of the lists, the data to be registered, conditions for the deletion from the lists, and the application forms to be submitted.
LTH CB published resolution 03-82 of the board of directors of the Bank of Lithuania amending res 03-17 of Jan. 28, 2016 re the approval of the rules for managing the list of public consumer credit providers and the list of public mutual lending platform operators, the rules for managing the list of public consumer credit intermediaries.
The resolution amends the rules for managing the list of public consumer credit providers, plus the list of operators of the public peer-to-peer lending platform.
Effectiveness
The resolution and amendments are in force from Apr. 26, 2023.
