The regulations shall be read and construed as one with Companies Act (Forms) Regs.
They amend the Schedule to the principal regulations regarding Form F (3) and include general amendment to the principal regulation concerning some words in Maltese.
Effectiveness
Regulations come into force within 2 months from official publication i.e. by Jul. 16.
