On Feb. 13, KRX revised its articles of association re ATS introduction.
KRX published the revised Articles of association, to reflect the alternative trading system (ATS)-related tasks such as market surveillance, clearing, and settlement.
Outline of Revisions
Add matters regarding trading and trading participants in the alternative trading system (ATS) to the scope of market surveillance, abnormal transaction review, member supervision, dispute resolution conducted by Market Surveillance Committee.
Add ATS trading to targets of clearing, settlement, risk management performed by the Clearing and Settlement Headquarters, establish basis for improving related systems.
Effectiveness
The revised Articles of association will be implemented from Mar. 4, 2025.
