UKRN CB Banks Disclosures Expanded

On Sep. 23, UKRN CB issued resolution re banks' additional disclosure.

  • UKRN CB published Resolution No. 110 that expands the list of information subject to mandatory publication by Ukrainian banks in line with EU best practices.
  • Capital Adequacy and Liquidity Ratios
  • From end-2026, banks will be required by UKRN CB to publish on their websites individual increased values of prudential capital adequacy and liquidity ratios.
  • This will be established for them as per the results of the Pillar 2 supervisory process, and UKRN CB will publish the same information on its website on Dec. 31 each year.
  • From Nov. 2026, UKRN CB will require banks to disclose additional components used in the calculation of the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) on their websites.
  • The changes aim to improve the ability of market participants to assess banks' capital adequacy and liquidity positions, maintaining transparency in the banking sector.
  • Effectiveness
  • The resolution becomes effective on Nov. 1, 2026.
