BRZ DP launched public consultations regarding the Regulatory Agenda 2027-2028 and the Regulatory Result Evaluation Agenda 2027-2030.
Regulatory Agenda 2027-28 Key Points
Safe digital environment for children, adolescents and women, parental supervision, secure design, AI, platform transparency and accountability, fighting illicit content by AI tools.
Additionally, the proposal incorporates privacy and personal data protection, including the rights of holders, facial recognition, health data as well as automated decisions.
2027-30 Regulatory Result Evaluation Agenda
Aims to verify whether standards already published have achieved the expected results and what effects they have produced for citizens, organizations and the market.
Evaluates International Data Transfer Regulation and the Guide on Age Measurement Mechanisms, to improve its regulatory performance and decision effectiveness.
