On Jul. 24, 2025, RUS CB published ord 7088-U which is in force on Sep. 1, 2025.
On Dec. 23, RUS CB proposed ordinance on currency regulation.
RUS CB proposed ord amending ord 6678-U on the criteria for forming the list of residents by RUS CB who are required to provide the information specified in para five of part 6 of art 22 of law 173-FZ on currency regulation and currency control, and procedure for notifying residents of their inclusion in this list with explanatory note.

The ord introduces an adjustment of the revenue criterion for including residents in the list and calculation of revenue received by the resident or its subsidiary now includes not only funds credited to their bank accounts but also cash credited to their accounts.
Also, the ord replaces references to ord 5969-U on the information/interaction regime, as the ordinance was declared invalidated and replaced by ord 6836-U, see #222359.
