Ownership information to be filed through Commission’s flagship VIRRGIN platform.
Commitment to ensure ownership information is adequate, accurate and up to date.
In anticipation of transition, established new Beneficial Ownership Unit with dedicated resources for the receipt and verification of all beneficial ownership transactions.
Filing of ownership information for existing entities will be at no cost until Jul. 2, 2025.
