DTC issued new put event announcement questionnaire for submissions to DTC.
Questionnaire will replace current one; must be completed for listed put event types.
Reminder
Agents are required to complete DTC agent questionnaire for puts events when submitting the announcement to DTC for put event types listed within the notice.
Questionnaire is organized for submission of full mandatory tender without right to retain, partial mandatory tender without right, and full mandatory tender with right.
In addition to questionnaire for submission of repurchase for cash announcement, DTC to require issuer's notice; completed questionnaire is sufficient for all other put types.
Agent to complete all required fields that will apply to event announcement submitted.
DTC will reject announcement and return it to agent if required fields not completed.
Completed questionnaire is to be submitted via email, per Operational arrangements.
Effectiveness
DTC to implement the new questionnaire on Jan. 2, 2025.
