On Dec. 17, LTH LAB adopted measures against violence, harassment.


  • LTH LAB informed of publication of Order EV-221 on the approval of the description of measures for the prevention of violence and harassment at work adopted by LTH LAB.

  • The measures are implementing the provisions of art. 30, part 4 of the Labor Code.
  • Presentation of the necessary measures for the prevention of violence and harassment at work; employers' obligation to investigate claims after the reception of a report.
  • Employers, regardless of employee number and economic activity, must organize staff training on violence and harassment risks, preventive measures, rights, obligations.

  • The Order enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
