On Aug. 25, BVMF created file to report credit instruments issued by affiliated entities.
BVMF issued External Communication 008/2026-VPE re monthly release of FGC302 file beginning on Nov. 1, 2026, in order to comply with Resolution BCB 572/2026.
Follows Jun. 2026 BRZ CB new reporting obligations for central depositories, #300182.
Monthly Reporting Requirements
File will contain consolidated aggregated information on registered credit instruments issued by institutions affiliated with the Credit Guarantee Fund.
Covered data excludes instruments held in issuer custody and assets protected by the ordinary FGC guarantee arrangements.
Issuers will receive monthly files based on month-end positions, made available by the fifth business day thereafter.
Distribution will occur in JSON and CSV formats through B3 platforms, supporting data visualization and systems integration efforts.
Technical layouts, validations, testing environments, and implementation guidance will be provided separately to support participant preparation activities.
Effectiveness
Measure implemented and the FGC302 file available starting on Nov 1, 2026.
