On Feb. 5, BRZ CB consolidated procedures for registration in Unicad.
BRZ CB published Instruction 590 to amend Instruction 330, of Nov. 24, 2022, which consolidated procedures for filing registration information in the Unicad system.
Highlights
Information System on Entities of Interest to BRZ CB (Unicad) established to maintain, in a single database, registration data on financial institutions, institutions authorized.
The contracting of a company to provide sharing data and information on fraud must be registered in Unicad system in order to comply with Resolutions. 4.893 and 85.
If company does not to hire a company, it must inform Legal Entity Registry (CNPJ).
The registration must be conducted within 10 days after contracting the services.
Effectiveness
Instruction 590 shall come into force on Mar. 3, 2025.
