Allow market makers to quote exchange designated complex options using new BOE complex quote update message on BOE bulk quoting ports; 3 BOE messages added.
Existing messages will apply to complex quotes introduced using new messages.
Market makers desiring to use new complex quote update message on BOE bulk quoting ports required complete formal certification prior to submit quote messages.
