On Feb. 13, EC issued Reg 2025/292 on NCA cooperation templates.
European Commission published final Reg 2025/292 in the EU Official Journal.
Follows EU CMSN Sep. 2024 adopted RTS on template for cooperation arrangements between NCAs/supervisory authorities of third countries (C(2024)6649), see #206139.
Third Country NCA Templates
In concluding new cooperation arrangements and updating existing cooperation arrangements with third-country authorities, the competent authorities should, where possible, use the template document set out in the regulation.
Effectiveness
Regulation shall enter into force on 20th day following OJ publication, Mar. 5, 2024.
