SWE MoJ Countering Organized Crime


On Nov. 28, SWE MoJ required more authorities to share information.


  • SWE MoJ announced the Transport Agency and Swedish Transport Administration must share information with other authorities to counter organized crime.

  • 20 authorities subject to obligation to provide information under Act on Obligation to Provide Information in event of cooperation against certain organized crime.
