CAL LEG passed Assembly Bill AB 2399 to update the public display and distribution requirements for Mobilehome Residency Law by homeowners and park managers.
Existing law requires that a copy of the alw be provided as an exhibit and incorporated into the rental agreement and a copy provided to homeowners each year.
Mobilehome Residency Law Protection Program requires department to take complaints, and to coordinate the resolution of those complaints, re residency law.
This bill would require annual homeowner notice to also include information about the Mobilehome Residency Law Protection Program and how to access protection program.
