Scope of the regulations is to implement requirements of Arts 62(1)(a), 62(2)(a) and 62(3)(a) of DORA Regulation, the regulations shall come into force on Jan. 17, 2025.
Sub-reg (2) of reg 1 of principal regulations substituted by new sub-regulation: Regs purpose is to implement sub-paras (34), (35), (36), (36a) of Art 2(1), Art 27c, Art 27g, Art 27h, Art 27i of MiFIR and relevant provisions of Art 4 and Arts 59-66 of MiFID.
In sub-regulation (1) of reg 2 of principal regulations, immediately after definition data reporting services provider, added new definition of DORA Regulation.
Sub-reg (5) of reg 8 of principal regulations substituted by new sub-regulation: an APA to comply with requirements on security of network, information systems set in DORA.
Sub-reg (8) of reg 9 of principal regulations substituted by new sub-reg: a CTP shall comply with requirements on security of network, information systems set in DORA.
Sub-reg (3) of reg 10 of principal regulations substituted by new sub-regulation: ARM to comply with requirements re security of network, information systems set in DORA.
