On Jun. 11, PAN CB issued new structure for bank rating report.
PAN CB issued Circular 0020 re new Bank Rating Structure (BAN23) and its auxiliary table (SB127), in accordance with provisions in Agreement 2-2010 of Feb. 4, 2010.
Agreement 2-2010 set general criteria for the qualification of banking entities, their publication in a national circulation journal and corresponding remission to PAN CB.
Highlights
Aims for banking entities to report risk ratings issued by different contracted agencies.
The structure (BAN23) must be sent to PAN CB through the ITBANk system on a monthly basis within the first ten (10) working days of the month following reporting.
Reports through this structure will begin with the corresponding information in the month of Mar. 2025; the first submission report must include all risk assessments.
Banking entities must maintain their submission within the required period and format.
