  • Amended derived data API service for external controlled data distributor to prohibit external subscribers distributing derived data to external subscriber affiliates.
  • Expand display usage fee exemption for certain usage types across all products, class.
  • Amended policy on trial usage to no longer require an external controlled data distributor to enter into trial addendum in order to provide data on a trial basis.

  • Amendments become effective on Jan. 1, 2025; any receipt or use of data by data recipient after Jan. 1, 2025, deemed acceptance by data recipient of amendments.
