On Oct. 20, BVMF reported new platform for receivables certificates (CR).
BVMF said in Communication 033/2026-VPC that registration and deposit of CRs with 'Tipo IF' (Financial Instrument Type) specified as 'CR' will be done via the Plataforma Balcão (Over-the-Counter Platform) starting on Nov. 9, 2026 for all new issuances.
Migration of Existing Instruments
Existing CRs registered in the NoMe Platform will be migrated to the new platform on a future date, while new registrations on the legacy platform will be discontinued.
Operational Processes Segregated by Product
The new platform will support key CR operational processes, while public distributions, withdrawals, and custody monitoring will continue on NoMe Platform.
Access and Operational Documentation
The new platform will be accessible through the NoMe Platform, with operating procedures and technical layouts to be published at go-live.
Market Testing Environment
A certification environment will be available from Oct. 26, 2026. BVMF encourages participants to test the new functionality to support operational readiness.
Key Considerations
Affected participants should evaluate migration impacts, update procedures, and use testing to support implementation readiness.
