Three sets of rules were made on Jan. 24, 2025 and come into force on Feb. 25, 2025.
On Jan. 21, UK GVT issued registrars rules on delivering documents.
UK GVT issued requirements applicable to documents delivered to the registrar in electronic form 2022 of Jan. 14, replacing registrar’s (electronic) rules 2012 volume 1.
The new registrar rules apply to any document delivered to the registrar in electronic form on/after Jan. 21, 2022 unless it is a document delivered on CD-ROM or DVD-ROM or a document delivered pursuant to an obligation arising before Oct. 1, 2009.
