On Mar. 14, EC issued final technical standards on trade transparency.

  • EU CMSN issued final RTS (Reg 2025/417) specifying the manner in which CASPs operating a trading platform for crypto-assets are to present transparency data.
  • Follows EU CMSN Nov. 2024 adopted RTS specifying manner in which CASPs operating a trading platform for crypto-assets are to present transparency data, see #187045.
