Unless the family court determines that the support payment is not appropriate.
Liquidator is obliged to make the withholding(s) referred to in Articles 8, 11, 11 bis of Law 14.908 to withhold amount equivalent to payment due of month after termination.
Liquidators must submit a quarterly report to this Superintendency on the support payments they make in the bankruptcy proceedings in which they intervene.
Effectiveness
The next quarter will be Jan. 1 to Mar. 31, 2025, report no later than Apr. 30, 2025.
