Primary counties are Adams, Jefferson; neighboring Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin, Morgan, Park, Teller, Washington and Weld.
Reported that small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofits may qualify for EIDLs from SBA.
For economic injury disaster loans of up to $2 million to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses, which victims could have met had the disaster not occurred.
Eligibility based on financial impact of disaster only, not on actual property damage.
Deadline
Complete EIDL applications must be submitted to SBA by May 9, 2025.
