Bill Provisions
Requires that health benefit plan provide coverage for telemedicine, teledentistry, or telehealth services with an originating site or distant site located outside the state.
Must be on same basis and to same extent that plan provides coverage for service or procedure delivered as service with originating site and distant site located in the state
Coverage for services if individual who receives service resides primarily in the state and health professional providing services is licensed and has physical office in state.
