The amending decision enters into force on Oct. 1, 2025.
On Jul. 16, UKRN SEC approved decision on trade reporting rules.
URKN SEC approved draft decision amending decision 1283 on approval of regulation on procedure for compiling and submitting administrative data on activities of securities traders.
Key Amendments
Term “submission of administrative data regarding the activities of securities traders” is replaced with “submission of reporting data on the activities of investment firms”.
Investment firms are now required to use use of directories and classifiers approved by UKRN SEC when preparing and submitting reporting for investors and stakeholders.
The decision introduces changes to procedure for compiling and submitting data reports by investment firms, replacing the previous procedures for securities traders.
Effectiveness
Comments and feedback on the draft decision are accepted by Jul. 26, 2025.
If adopted the changes will enter into force on Oct. 1, 2025.
