Defines family responsibilities as an employee's actual or perceived provision of care of a family member and includes family responsibilities n the definition of harassment.
Provides that it is a civil rights violation any employer, employment agency, or labor organization to base conditions of employment on the basis of family responsibilities.
Makes it a civil rights violation for anyone to conspire to retaliate against a person because he/she opposed discrimination believed to be based on family responsibilities.
