Xtend
Xtend is operated by HUN EXC as a private limited company (market operator) which is a third-party trading system for financial instruments and brings together its intention to buy and sell in a non-discriminatory manner, resulting in a contract.
Rules provide contractual conditions on basis of which the market operator operates Xtend and for the platform as a multilateral trading system provides related services.
Purpose of the rules is to regulate Xtend operation so it complies to defined principles.
Effectiveness
The amendments approved by this resolution shall enter into force as of Mar. 7, 2023.
