Monthly information must be sent through the Centralized Sending System of URY CB.
They must send data type Composition of Managed Funds (229) as well as Attachment Composition (235) within 5 business days of the closing of corresponding month.
Communication 2025/096 will be valid as of information corresponding to Jul. 2025.

URY issued Communication 2023/196 on electronic retail payment system reporting.
Reporting Requirement
Art. 110 of compilation of payment system standards, composition of managed funds.
Electronic money issuing institutions are informed that they must report bimonthly information on composition of managed funds in XML format and a PDF attachment.
Report must have the detailed information in Annex A and B of this Communication.
The report must be sent through BCU Centralized Shipping System, by type of data.
It must be filed within 5 business days of closed for the applicable two-month period.
Effectiveness
Communication is valid for information as of two-month period ending Feb. 29, 2024.
