RUS CB proposed ord amending ord 4792-U on the requirements for the procedure for implementing internal control and internal audit by the trade organizer with explanatory note.

Proposals
The ord was proposed in line with the entry into force of law 453-FZ, see #236986.
It establishes that the controller may not be appointed in the commodity trading system (TTS), their functions are performed by a separate structural division head.
Also, functions of the controller of the trade organizer may be assigned to the controller of another non-credit financial firm in the event of combining activities.
Effectiveness
The ord is expected to enter into force on Sep. 1, 2025 and comments are expected by Feb. 16, 2025.

On Jun. 20, 2025, RUS CB issued ord 7054-U which enters into force on Sep. 1, 2025.
