Insurer that provides coverage for medically necessary epinephrine injectors shall limit required to pay for twin-pack of medically necessary epinephrine not to exceed $60.
Provisions do not prevent insurer from reducing cost sharing by an amount greater.
Department of Insurance may adopt rules to implement and administer the provisions.
