EU CNCL decided to renew restrictions until Feb. 24, 2024 after review of Dec (CFSP) 2022/266, in view of Russian Federation’s continuing illegal actions against Ukraine.

Effectiveness
The decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union (i.e. Feb. 22, 2023) until Feb. 24, 2024.
Mar. 2023 Third Countries' Alignment
On Mar. 10, 2023, EU CNCL issued a statement on the alignment of certain countries.
