Annex A2, Certificate of incorporation and management issued by the Ministry of Commerce, must have an issuance date not older than 30 calendar days.
Must have registration of appointment with fiscal auditor and must be digitized.
Institutions regulated by special regulations that have no certificate of incorporation and management issued by the Ministry of Commerce must include possession letters.
