Statement of Condition
NBQB, TCs are required to post their statements of condition side-by-side with their consolidated statements of condition where it may be applicable, as of Dec. 31, 2024.
These statements shall be published in a newspaper in the city/province where the principal office is located, within 20 working days from the date of this circular letter.
Copies of such statements, as published, together with the publisher’s certificate, shall also be scanned and submitted in PDF format to PHI CB within 5 days post-publication.
