Guidelines addressed to competent authorities within meaning of art 21.3 of Dir 2021/2167; in the Czech Republic, the competent authority is the CZC CB.
The guidelines specify content of national lists or registers of authorized credit service providers, requirements for their accessibility and deadlines for updating.
Entities to whom guidelines are addressed must make every effort to comply.

Effectiveness
