Amended order 1723/2015, as amended by Orders 637/2017, 1169/2017 894/2019.
The changes affect introduction; S1, subsection 2, new 2nd point re key functions, that now says SLV2, Insurance Business Act and this order apply.
Heading of Chapter 6 now reads Risk management and Compliance; further details.
Effectiveness
Order enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025; Section 1 n 4 enters into force Jan. 17, 2025.
Section 1, n 5-7, 13, 19, 22-25 and 27-32 and 35, enter into force on Jun. 30, 2025.
