Recalled KredAufwErsVO 2003 will apply mutatis mutandis in line with S26j para 5 of AktG in version valid on Sep. 2, 2020 until entry into force of regulation based on authorization in S67f para 3 sentence 1 AktG, but no later than Sep. 3, 2025.
Authorization in AktG was not initially used as it seemed conceivable intermediaries and companies could agree on reimbursement rates.
As no such agreement reached the regulator had to take action, so issued regulation.
The new regulation, officially published on Apr. 4, will enter into force on May 1, 2025.

Purpose
Details for the reimbursement of expenses of intermediaries by issuers of shares i.e. companies with registered office in Germany for actions re information transmission.
Flat-rate amounts are set; alignment with the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
Effectiveness
Regulation will enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025; reg of Jun. 17, 2003 will be repealed.
