CHI CFETS issued notice on the disclosure of 2024 annual reports and trustee reports by financial bond issuers and asset-backed securities trustees in the interbank market.

Requirements
Financial bond issuers shall disclose a description of their operating situation in 2024, a financial report audited by a certified accountant, and any major litigation matters.
If guaranteed bonds were issued, the audited guarantor's report should be disclosed.
Capital bond issuers should also disclose relevant reports for the first quarter of 2025.
The trustees of asset-backed securities (ABS) shall disclose audited trustee's report.
Effectiveness
The required reports shall be submitted by Apr. 30, 2025.
