NI Order (SR 2025/52) corresponds to StIn 2025/264 made by UK Secretary of State for Work and Pensions under S109(4), Pension Schemes Act 1993, see #203453.
Specifies 1.7% as percentage by which that part of guaranteed minimum pensions attributable to earnings factors for tax years 1988-1989 to 1996-1997, and payable by contracted-out, defined benefit occupational pension schemes, is to be increased.
