RUS GVT published law 288-FZ on amendments to art 1231 and 287 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Russia.
Key Points
Amendments stipulate that applications for the issuance of court orders for the collection of mandatory payments and sanctions for which an extra-judicial procedure is established are excluded from the number of cases considered by the court.
The provisions of the Code governing the consideration of administrative claims for the collection of mandatory payments and sanctions continue to be applied to collect debt.
Also, debtors retain opportunity to challenge actions and decisions of tax authorities in the manner established by Chapter 22 of the Administrative Procedure Code.
