CME EBS Market published updated dealing rules general terms, appendix and EBS direct 2.0 appendix, which replace versions effective Oct. 2, 2021 until Globex go-live.
The general terms apply to all participants on all EBS dealing services operated by the operator; appendices set out the rules which apply to specific EBS dealing services.
Operator operates the EBS dealing services on which participants are permitted to deal with other participants, per terms of customer agreements, dealing rules, appendix.
The general terms include information on EBS dealing service participation; eligibility criteria; participant obligations; general dealing rules; EBS prime dealing service.
Error trades and off-market transactions; notifications; conduct rules and prohibited practices; participation suspension/termination and their consequences; resignation.
Products; settlement; straight through processing; taxes and fees; confidentiality.
Market support programs; regulator cooperation; customer support; deal queries and disputes; complaints; amendments and notices; governing law and dispute resolution.
Appendices
EBS dealing rules - appendix EBS Market replace previous version, adding information to support the general terms; appendix EBS direct 2.0 applies to participants who access EBS direct through EBS direct 2.0 trading system - through a GUI or API.
EBS direct 2.0 is a dealing service provided by the operator so liquidity consumers can transact in products: 2.1.1. with Liquidity providers on direct and disclosed basis.
Or 2.1.2. on a non-disclosed basis, by a participant acting as a prime bank for a liquidity consumer; EBS direct 2.0 prime dealing service also marketed as EBS select.

On Apr. 3, 2023, CME EBS Market issued new general terms effective from Apr. 10, 2023 and CME EBS Market direct forwards appendix also effective from Apr. 10, 2023.
