CHL CB issued Circular 3013-918 to modify Part 1 of Regulation 2 of Operations and standards manual of the CHL CB's compendium of monetary, financial regulations.
CHL CB adjusted participant charges for access to the agency's SOMA system.
Amendments
All participants in the SOMA System will be subject to fees as set forth in circular.
Fixed monthly fee for permanent facilities, currency operations is $1.300.000.
Also, fixed monthly fee for sales and purchases of debt securities is $300,000.
There is a charge for each additional proxy, starting from the third proxy of $ 230,000
As well as a fee for each secure ID assigned, starting from the third proxy.
CHL CB will notify of this fee amount based on cost incurred in obtaining it or renewal.
Regulation 2 of manual of standards and procedures of the first part of Compendium of Monetary and Financial Standards (CMF) in order to modify the fees for SOMA system.
New fees are set forth in the Circular and the adjusted fees are in effect Jan. 1, 2025.
The fees that were not modified and are in effect as of Jan.1, 2024 and Nov. 17, 2023.
