Circular CONAU 1-1685, Communication A 8284 updated reporting rules for payment service providers offering accounts, announced through Communication A 8207.
Revises section 69 of reporting regime for PSPCP, mandating monthly and quarterly submissions in specified file formats, with detailed client, fund, and transaction data.
The reporting deadline for Jul. 2025 is extended to be Aug. 22, 2025.

Aug. 28, 2025 ARG CB New Requirement
On Aug. 28, 2025, ARG CB issued Circular CONAU 1-1692, Communication A 8310, Circular CONAU 1-1691, Communication A 8309 re Payment Service Providers.
New monthly frequency requirement for payment service providers performing the acquiring function in accordance with regulations on Payment Service Providers txt.
They must submit annual financial statements, external auditor's report, certification of corresponding professional board, due date will be last business day of 4th month.
Also, they must submit new developments or changes to the operational and commercial description of each PSP function as supplementary information.
PSPs registered to date must additionally submit information re their most recent audited annual balance sheet by Oct. 10, 2025, if they have closed 1st fiscal year.
The deadline for the first annual submission will be Jan. 22, 2026; also, modifications on frequency will take effect for Dec. 2025 data, which will expire on Jan. 22, 2026.

Additionally, Payment Service Providers that are registered as of Aug. 28, 2025 and have closed their first fiscal year must submit the specified files in DETAIL.XML file.
Communication A 8327 come into force on Dec. 31, 2025.
