  • Eligibility
  • Economic injury disaster loans are available in the primary counties of Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Delaware, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Union and Warren.
  • Contiguous counties of Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Darke, Fayette, Franklin, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Knox, Licking, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Preble, Shelby.
  • Available to small businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture, and most private nonprofits with economic losses due to drought.
  • EIDLS of up to $2 million can assist in meeting financial obligations and operating expenses, which otherwise could have been met had the weather events not occurred.
  • Eligibility is based on the size of the applicant, type of activity and financial resources.
  • These working capital loans may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable, and other bills that could have been paid had the weather disasters not occurred.
  • Application Deadline
  • Completed EIDL applications must be submitted to SBA no later than May 23, 2025.
